In an effort to improve communications (and reduce frustration) among PIs submitting to the UMBI IACUC, we have developed a flowchart to help users with the various forms required for animal use. UMBI IACUC meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month

PIs will receive a notice 60 days before the month that their protocol expires

All submissions are required to be submitted to the Research Compliance Officer no later than the 1st Friday of every month at 4 p.m. in order to be considered during that month's meeting

Renewal forms must be submitted 30 days before the protocol expiration date
